Help with calibration on Android

I have a set of starter lights and an add on set.

I have put them in my window in 9 rows

Only when I tried to calibrate them like this it basically saw them as

                                  x xxxxxx  xxxx  xxxx

                                      xxxxxxxxxxx x x

                                       xxxx  xx  x x x x x

                                           xxxx x x x xx

                                                 xxx xxx

You get the idea, my 224 lights were reduced to about 30 and certainly NOT in the configuration I had put them.

Update, I tried to calibrate them again and it's not even letting me do that this time.

Google Pixel XL on Android, the camera is amazing and can see all of them and my hands are steady during calibration.

What am I doing wrong or is this another "feature" of Twinkly ?

So I tried calibrating in the daytime. I got a result, just not the one I was hoping for...
So now I have distinct rows and. the calibration still.doesnt want to work. Twinkly you really need to address this poor calibration support and get it better before next year.
